As a former Assistant Branch Manager in the banking industry, she has honed her skills in operational and relationship management, committed to delivering seamless support to both advisors and clients. Stephanie serves as the primary point of contact for a diverse clientele, building trust and long-term relationships while ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism and care. She facilitates the opening of new accounts, guiding clients through complex processes with clarity and efficiency, and provides ongoing servicing of existing accounts by proactively addressing inquiries, updates, and compliance requirements. Stephanie collaborates closely with financial advisors to anticipate needs, streamline workflows, and enhance overall client satisfaction.
Outside of work, she volunteers at events for Sunshine Village in Chicopee and holds an Associate’s Degree from Holyoke Community College.
