
Mike brings nearly 40 years of financial planning and wealth management experience to his leadership role, having grown St. Germain from 6 employees to over 40 team members since joining in 1999. As President and Chairman, he continues building a client-centric company where advisors combine high-level professional expertise with compassionate service. Mike previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, overseeing investment policy and stock selection for over $1.3 billion in assets under management. Before St. Germain, he was Vice President of Investments at Phoenix Investment Counsel and principal at Capital Reflections, Inc., providing institutional research to mutual funds and hedge funds.
Mike holds BA and MA degrees in Economics from Penn State, along with CFA®, CFP®, and ChFC® designations. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and pursuing outdoor activities.
