Margaret joined St. Germain in 2022 as a Client Services Associate, bringing extensive experience from her 18 years as a field service consultant at MassMutual. She brings a strong working knowledge of financial operations, employee training, client communications, and research to her role supporting both advisors and clients. Margaret’s responsibilities at MassMutual covered key areas including research, financial advisor operations, new employee training, and State and FINRA credentialing. Her professional journey also included serving as a financial representative for the emergency department at Baystate Wing Hospital in Palmer, MA, where she often served as patients’ first contact, emphasizing the importance of customer experience and service satisfaction.

A native of Poland, Margaret is fluent in Polish and earned her Accounting and Business Office Management diploma from Liceum Zawodowe, Administracja in Dabrowa Tarnowska, Poland. She also holds certifications in medical billing and coding, as well as Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification for organizational efficiency.
