Teddy brings over nine years of experience in real estate finance to St. Germain, having held leadership positions at NewDay Financial, one of America’s top mortgage companies for Veterans. A graduate of George Washington University with a B.A. in International Affairs and a concentration in Security Policy Strategies, he previously managed a team of 22 Account Executives focusing on solutions in real estate finance and economic security. Teddy worked directly with Veterans to maximize their VA benefits while developing the next generation of mortgage bankers. He combines strong communication skills with emotional intelligence to build lasting client relationships aligned with their long-term financial goals. Outside of work, Teddy enjoys sports (especially hockey), history, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
