For the past 17 years, Carlo has been responsible for marketing communications at St. Germain, overseeing billboards, advertising (TV, radio, and print), photography, media buying, and social media content across three brands: St. Germain, October Mountain Financial Advisors, and Gage-Wiley. His minimalist approach to branding utilizes white space and thoughtful text in print and outdoor advertising to invite consumers into the conversation. Carlo brings decades of experience working with advertising agencies, TV stations, and publications, which has shaped his creative and strategic thinking. Earlier in his career, he worked in corporate communications with national clients including SAAB Cars USA, Welch’s Foods, Hasbro Toys, and Porsche Cars North America. He has received both a CLIO® and Golden Pyramid Award® for strategic business-to-business communication programs.

A graduate of Loomis-Chaffee, Carlo holds a BA in English Literature from Boston University and an MBA from UMass Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management.
