Anna serves as Front Office Administrator at St. Germain, managing many of the day-to-day operations that help the office run smoothly. From her position at the front desk, she’s the first face visitors see when they arrive at the Springfield office, and she takes great pride in representing the firm to all clients and visitors, both new and existing. Anna is driven by a passion for excellent customer service as the first point of contact on phones and for office arrivals. She enjoys getting to know everyone and takes pride in the rapport she’s developed with clients across the country. Her accuracy and verification skills are essential qualities in the financial industry, and her versatility as a quick study allows her to work effectively with operations, financial advisors, portfolio managers, and client services colleagues.

Originally from Iowa, Anna relocated to Springfield from Providence, RI. In her free time, she enjoys baseball, crafting (particularly sewing and crochet), and exploring the outdoors.
