As Senior Portfolio Manager at St. Germain, she is instrumental in portfolio implementation and spearheads trading activities while providing crucial macroeconomic and sector research and in-depth due diligence across all security types. Sylvia leads the firm’s ESG investment strategy and holds the CFA Institute Sustainable Investing Certificate, demonstrating her commitment to responsible investing. She excels at fostering collaborative relationships with advisors and internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions while upholding her fiduciary duty to clients.

Beyond her firm responsibilities, Sylvia serves on the Ned Davis Research Advisory Board and volunteers on the Investment Committee for the Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts. She holds the prestigious CFA® and CAIA® designations and enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her family and dogs.
